DAY AND NIGHT

The blushing day displays itself in a
colorful cloak,
the bodies hang at eye level to dry,
they’re getting restless, they’re getting
rambunctious.

Night turns the wooded gaps black,
the coppice conspires,
coughing vehicles clear a path,
light is already gleaming above the bushes.

DAG EN NACHT

DAG EN NACHT

De blozende dag vertoont zich in een

kleurrijke mantel,

op ooghoogte hangen de lichamen te drogen,

ze worden ongeduldig, ze worden

onbesuisd.

De nacht maakt de houten gaten zwart,

het bos beraamt,

de hoestende voertuigen banen zich een weg,

er brandt al licht boven de struiken.
