OF RIVERS

Navigating a silent river
a brother said:
“If rivers could talk
how many stories they would tell…”
And someone said from deep in the mysterious jungle:
“History is so miserable
that rivers prefer to keep silent.”

Navegando sobre un río silencioso
dijo un hermano:
“Si los ríos pudieran hablar
cuanta historia contarían…”
Y alguien hablo desde lo profundo de esa selva misteriosa:
“La historia es tan miserable
que los ríos prefieren callar…”.
