48th Poetry International Festival Rotterdam

March 28, 2017
The 48th Poetry International Festival kicks off on Tuesday May 30, with an opening program in the Rotterdamse Schouwburg. From Wednesday May 31 up until Sunday June 4 the festival continues in Ro Theater in William Boothlaan and at several other locations in the Witte de With Quarter.
For the forty-eighth time Poetry International brings together the best poets from all corners of the world. In addition to poetry readings in a variety of languages the festival offers films, music, interviews, lectures, meetings focusing on specific topics, and master classes. A carnival of desire, critique, adventure and consolation, propelled by the art of language. Everybody is invited to the annual celebration of poetry.
