Biography
Born in Casablanca, Morocco in 1943. Poet and art critic. In 1964 he and Mohammed Khair-eddine published a manifesto calling for the modernization of Moroccan poetry. He is one of the founders of both the reviews Souffles and Integral. He is member of the board of the House of Poetry in Morocco.
