Biography
Malika Amar Sheikh is a reputed writer in Marathi. Her various collections, including Valucha Priyakar, Mahanagar and Deharutu, have met with wide critical acclaim. She is also well known for her highly controversial autobiography, Mala Udhvasta Vhaychai. A collection of her short fiction and poetry is due to be published later this year. © Arundhathi Subramaniam
