SPRING OF WATER

Did I meet you sometime for the first time
to sing thus the brush of your first look
the aroma of your first syllable?

Were you not at once in me as ancient as Sanskrit?

Jasmine of omens out of step with evil
you grow vertiginously in my thought

promise of water that expands my cardinal points

I knew that I would flee forever from where I could not return with you
who keep the indestructible key

immersed in the great chalice Aburrá
reconciled in the uterus of chaos
the crepuscular Venus welcomes us

Shall we travel with heart\'s suitcase to where death does not exist?
