Poem

Deniz Yilmaz

You are worth it, my blossom

I don’t insist on kissing, don’t know why
It will make the world sick when time is nigh
Underneath the nightly languages
The years and centuries go by
Then, let the silent speak and say
Let us ignore it and the painters cry
You are worth it, my blossom, you’re mine
But a forest, but a river, but a mine

Değersin Çiçeğim

Değersin Çiçeğim

Öpmekte diretmem nedense
Dünyayı tutacak nerdeyse
Gecesel dilleri altından
Seneler asırlar değişse
Susuşlar söyleyin öyleyse
Bakmazdı ressamlar istese
Değersin çiçeğim çimenim
Ormansa nehirse madense
