The Signs Ignore Us

Windows
Remain
Looking out at landscape.

Parks
Live on
Lying on the grass.

The sea
Sails over itself.

Caves hide
In yawns of stone.

The signs ignore us.

How easily they do
Without us.

NOS IGNORAN LOS SIGNOS

NOS IGNORAN LOS SIGNOS

Las ventanas
Permanecen
Asomadas al paisaje.

Los parques
Viven
Tendidos en la hierba.

El mar
Se navega a sí mismo.

Las cuevas se esconden
En bostezos de piedra.

Nos ignoran los signos.

Qué fácil prescinden
De nosotros.
