Poetry Week 2024 in theme of 'home'

In 2024, Poetry Center Ghent and Poetry International will again organize the largest annual festival of poetry in the Low Countries. Poetry everywhere, in schools or on the streets, in bookstores and libraries, on stages and social media, radio and TV. Poetry Week 2024 starts with Poetry Day on Thursday, Jan. 25, and runs through Wednesday, Jan. 31. The week's theme is "home. Author of the always inspiring Poetry Gift is Edward van de Vendel. Poetry Week is a celebration of, for and by everyone. Think of your own activity or visit one in your neighborhood! Look for all activities on Poëzieweek.com.
