At the invitation of Poetry International, poet/journalist Merel van Slobbe and storyteller and cultural strategist Carina Fernandes wrote intriguing essays for the website of Versopolis, the ambitious European poetry network that Poetry International has been a part of since May of this year. Under the title Only Brand New Gods Can Save Me, Merel van Slobbe explores the connection between poetry and technology, particularly artificial intelligence.
