It is a collection that we as a jury will be working on for years to come, expressing most of all the hope that it can change something in the readers' worldview." With these last words from the laudatio, marwin vos was awarded The Great Poetry Prize 2023. marwin vos recites on the foyer stage from Wilde dood, the best Dutch-language poetry collection of the past year. 

From the jury report of De Grote Poëzieprijs: "marwin vos once again has our full attention with a collection that this time roots in grieving as a taboo in our society. The search for a proper form to mourn - or as she seems to say about the collection itself, "you were looking for a form that shows formlessness." - she elaborates both typographically, for example through the striking white that evokes silence, and substantively. (Multi-)language is linked to political and philosophical thought, but at the same time personal, compassionate and lived-through moment...
