Unwanted Words is the first platform for up & coming LGBTQ+ poets and spoken word artists in the Netherlands. They seek to create safer spaces and opportunities for queer connection and growth. They do this through, among other things, their Queer Poetry Nights and Queer & Feminist Poetry Awards. Their care for the queer community and attention for an intersectional approach is why everyone wants to attend their gatherings.
