Haiku

Tapping together
the woodpecker
and the tree

Even at the high point of its leap
it does not presume to fly:
the cricket

Strung between two trees
the empty half
of the moon

Power outage:
at the edge of the black screen
a full moon

Raindrops on the coffee shop window
the woman's reflection
prettier than her

A single cup in the washed sink:
my thoughts tonight so tangled

הייקו

עוֹבְדִים יַחַד
גֶּזַע הָעֵץ
וְהַנַּקָּר

גַּם בְּשִׂיא קְפִיצָתוֹ
אֵין הַחַרְגּוֹל
מְדַמֶּה שֶׁהוּא עָף

תְּלוּיָה בֵּין שְׁנֵי עֵצִים
מַחֲצִיתוֹ הָרֵיקָה
שֶׁל הַיָּרֵחַ

הַפְסָקַת חַשְׁמַל:
בְּשׁוּלֵי הַמָּסָךְ הַשָּׁחֹר
יָרֵחַ מָלֵא

טִפּוֹת עַל שִׁמְשַׁת הַקָּפֶה
הִשְׁתַּקְּפוּת הָאִשָּׁה
יָפָה מִמֶּנָּה

כּוֹס יְחִידָה בַּכִּיּוֹר הַשָּׁטוּף:
מַחְשְׁבוֹתַי סְבוּכוֹת הַלַּיְלָה
