I’m a traitor in the dark of night
and in broad daylight
an undercover agent
in full sight
of everyone with eyes to see
always betraying
betraying both
my roots
and the land where I live
betraying all of you,
your hearts,
and in your eyes,
an occupier and a traitor
without
apology
