World Poetry Day and Twitter's birthday

On 21 March two important events coincided: the annual World Poetry Day and the fifth anniversary of the first message ever sent on Twitter. To celebrate the convergence of these two, The New York Times asked its readers to write short poems and to send them via Twitter under the hashtag #poetweet. These can be read now on Twitter.
