WALL

The thick transparency
of the air that slowly
took shape so quickly
before one’s gaze

is that of a fluid wall
that won’t let through
the impure murmur
of a voice with neither light nor air

A transparência espessa
do ar que devagar
se formou tão depressa
em frente do olhar

é a de um muro fluido
que não deixa passar
o impuro murmúrio
da voz sem luz nem ar
