New York public garden: The poetry of flowers

The New York Botanical Garden in collaboration with the Poetry Society of America is showing an exhibition on Emily Dickinson's garden from 30 April till 13 June 2010. The exhibition features a flower show, a poetry walk and a viewing of Dickinson's manuscripts. Executive director of the Botanical Garden, Gregory Long comments: “We’re interested in 19th-century figures whose gardens were important to their thinking”.
