NO ONE

I agree to this landscape
which does not exist.

The father is holding a violin.
Children are licking at the sound.

A draft
brushes the rose petals.

Then the war. We lose sight of one another.
Huddled in full sentences, words are in hiding.

An empty room
parked in the twilight
of an old apartment house.

Please leave a message,
says no one.

NIEMAND

Ik aanvaard het landschap
dat niet bestaat.

Vader houdt een viool in zijn hand.
Kinderen likken aan het geluid.

Tocht
raakt rozenblaadjes.

Daarna oorlog. Wij verliezen elkaar uit het oog.
Met hele zinnen verbergen de woorden zich.

De lege kamer
geparkeerd in de schemering
van een appartementsgebouw.

U kunt een bericht achterlaten
zegt niemand.

NIKT

Zgadzam się na ten krajobraz
który nie istnieje.

Ojciec trzyma w ręce skrzypce.
Dzieci oblizują dźwięk.

Przeciąg
potrąca płatki róż.

Potem wojna. Tracimy się z oczu.
Całymi zdaniami ukrywają się słowa.

Pusty pokój
zaparkowany w mroku
kamienicy.

Proszę zostawić wiadomość
mówi nikt.
