Marjolijn van Heemstra
Marjolijn van Heemstra (1981) is a poet, writer, theater and podcast maker, and journalist. Her work explores in an accessible way how we can look at ourselves and the world differently, with themes such as space, time, and sustainability. Her book In light-years, no one is in a hurry (2021) was chosen as NPO Radio 1 Non-fiction Book of the Year. In addition to novels and poetry collections, she creates podcasts and theater, such as Voyagers (2020) and City Astronaut (2019).
