Julio Carrasco
Julio Carrasco is the director of Ácrux, the International Festival of Poetry and Science of the Strait of Magellan. He is the author of the novel Fuimos a bombardear Croacia (Alfaguara, 2014) and the nonfiction books Antártida. No se asegura regreso and Travesía al Cabo de Hornos (both published by Ediciones Biblioteca Nacional, 2015 and 2016). He received the Revista de Libros Prize from El Mercurio newspaper in 2006 for poetry. He is also the lead singer of the band Los Muebles.
