AI is not a poet, nor a translator. At Poetry International, we explore the new reality of AI with an open mind and a critical attitude. Artificial intelligence should never replace the work of a poet or translator. However, we are investigating how we can use AI to contribute to our mission: making poetry accessible to as many people as possible. Together with poets, translators, and our audience, we reflect on the question: what does poetry mean in a world driven by algorithms?
