Festival warming-up May/June

Dearest - listen to me at night ... especially at night (Gonca Özmen). On the way to the 52nd Poetry International Festival in LantarenVenster and Verhalenhuis Belvédère you can enjoy festival poets and programmes at various locations. Every weekend in May we immerse one of the Bijenkorf branches in poetry during the Creative House, starting in Rotterdam on 13, 14 and 15 May. In collaboration with Bibliotheek Rotterdam we invite you to take part in two Poetry Writing Workshops, one with poet and programmer Dean Bowen (29 May), and one with festival poets Safia Elhillo *7 June). On Saturday, June 4, we'll once again join Paginagroots and Woorden Worden Zinnen on the roof of the Nederlands Fotomuseum for another epic show with stunning views and fantastic spoken word artists and festival poets during Tell 'Em. In May and early June we will launch a series of three podcast festival-previews in which programmers Jan Baeke, Fleur Jeras and Dean Bowen share their absolute must-sees with you. Don't miss it!
